We stayed in the Queen room which was nice and I had breakfast included which was decent but handy. The service was pleasant, warm and efficient. The location was perfect, the suite is situated in the centre of the city so it was ideal for travelling to the Bull Ring and the German Market.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham after a day at the cricket. The staff were very accommodating and informative, the room and the hotel is kept well. Nice comfy bed and excellent breakfast Jeni was most helpful and made it a lovely experience. Thanks all.

Well went to view a movie, tickets purchased in advance. Feel a bit claustrophobic entering into the cinema area. Screen was dirty top right but still could view movie ok. Overall good experience
a little bit of everything & anything for children and adults of all ages! So many places to eat.. Free parking also. We really enjoyed our first visit such a fun day out! My children had an amazing time at ten pin bowling and the arcades, we definitely will be coming back in the future :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. Great central location. Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby and bar areas were very nice, comfortable and stylish. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Decor in rooms dont match the lobby style could do with a bit more colour. Tea tray was ok, would expect speciality coffees and coffee machine for price of Leeds slots the room. Missing dressing gown but rang reception and this was quickly rectified. Breakfast was self service, we prefer being served, but what we had was all good quality, tasty with plenty of choice, liked that we was offered a different choice of eggs cooked fresh and pancakes.

Nice place to have fun and enjoy with family. They have got good food shops and a lot of different shops to chill. Parking is huge so pelo problem for parking.
Rooms cleaned on a daily basis with towels & bottles of water replaced. Buffet breakfast was nicely cooked & presented. Room rate was competitively priced. Would definitely stay here again.
Been a few times now with my friend, actually tried out a different casino and we had a moment of "... Eh, it's not as friendly as the Rainbow though is it..." ????
Worst branch of Genting I have ever visiting. The staff members are very rode and not at all welcoming. Seems they do not want the guests to play at all and just want to sit idol.
